CYDA is hiring experienced and certified coaches in Martial Arts to lead their grassroots sports programs for young people in Pune. Beyond coaching, you will play a vital role in promoting fitness, teamwork, confidence, leadership, and overall well-being among participants.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured coaching sessions for assigned sports disciplines.
• Identify, mentor, and develop young talent at the grassroots level.
• Design and implement training programs that enhance skills, fitness, and performance.
• Create safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environments that encourage participation, especially among girls.
• Promote values of leadership, sportsmanship, well-being, and positive youth development through sport.
• Act as a role model and mentor, inspiring young people to achieve their full potential both on and off the field.

Required Skills
