Job Description

Essential Requirements
Playing experience in competitive football is mandatory.
Passion for coaching and developing young players.
Comfortable coaching multiple age categories.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Physically fit and able to demonstrate football techniques effectively.
Willing and able to travel for training sessions, tournaments and events.
Professional attitude, punctuality and strong work ethic.
Positive role model with excellent interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
Coaching Qualification
Preferred
Experience working with children and youth footballers.
Basic knowledge of player development and age-specific coaching.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and during tournaments.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and age-appropriate football coaching sessions.
Coach players across multiple age groups, from Foundation Phase through Youth Development.
Support player development in line with ESA's long-term player development philosophy.
Assist in planning, organising and delivering training sessions, festivals and matches.
Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a safe, positive and professional training environment.
Work collaboratively with the Head Coach and coaching team.
Be willing to learn and implement ESA's coaching methodology while adding your own creativity and coaching personality where appropriate.
