Responsibilities
• Revenue Strategy & Planning: Architect and lead the revenue plan for training programs, PT packages, and fitness events.
• P&L Management: Drive profitability through pricing, promotions, and cost optimization.
• Program Innovation: Curate high-impact fitness programs, workshops, and aggressive events to boost participation and revenue.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage trainers, ensuring accountability for sales and service delivery.
• Member Engagement: Actively engage with members on the floor, converting interest into training/event participation.
• Partnerships: Develop collaborations with wellness brands, nutritionists, and event partners to expand revenue streams.
• Brand Positioning: Ensure fitness offerings reflect premium standards and differentiate the club in the market.
• Reporting: Track and report revenue performance, program success, and event ROI to senior management.
