Responsibilities
Academic Administration & Program Coordination
Provide end-to-end academic coordination of the B.Sc. Sports Science program.
Plan and manage timetables, course sequencing, assessment calendars, and academic workflows.
Coordinate faculty teaching allocations, workloads, and academic schedules.
Act as the primary academic interface between the School, Registrar’s Office, faculty, laboratories, sports facilities, and other internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with outcome-based education frameworks, NEP requirements, and internal academic policies.
Maintain academic documentation required for accreditation, audits, and quality assurance reviews.
Support admissions processes, student orientation, academic advising, and program reviews.
Coordinate internships, fieldwork, certifications, and capstone logistics from an academic standpoint.
Teach selected foundational and integrative courses such as:
Introduction to Sports Science
Research Methods in Sports Science
Ethics, Professional Practice, and Career Readiness
Co-supervise interdisciplinary projects and capstone work.
Contribute to curriculum review and continuous improvement initiatives.
