Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Coordination
Assist in Conceptualisation, preparing presentation for the School Awards
Assist in organizing award ceremonies, including venue setup, logistics, and
scheduling.
Coordinate with school staff, coaches, and student volunteers for smooth
execution.
Maintain checklists and timelines for pre-event, event-day, and post-event
activities.
2. Award Category Management
Support creation and refinement of award categories (e.g., Best Athlete, Rising
Star, Team Spirit).
Assist in setting criteria and scoring rubrics for fair evaluation.
Help manage jury coordination and documentation.
3. Marketing & Promotion
Design and distribute promotional materials (posters, social media posts,
announcements).
Engage Schools through digital campaigns and student’s engagement.
4. Sponsorship & Outreach Support
Research potential sponsors or partners (local businesses, sports brands).
Assist in preparing outreach emails and sponsor decks.
