Job Description: Senior Basketball Coach
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Basketball Coach to lead training sessions, develop players’ skills, manage team performance, and prepare players for competitive tournaments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct basketball training sessions.
- Develop players’ technical skills, fitness, and game strategies.
- Monitor player performance and progress.
- Lead and mentor junior coaches.
- Select teams and prepare players for tournaments.
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Identify talented players and support their development.
- Manage training schedules and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in basketball coaching.
- Strong knowledge of basketball techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop players.
- Relevant coaching certification preferred.
