MultiFit in Salem is looking for passionate Boxing Coaches – Male/Female to train and motivate members through structured boxing and fitness programmes.

📍 Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

Key Requirements:
• Certification or formal training in Boxing, Boxing Coaching, Combat Sports or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of boxing fundamentals and conditioning.
• Practical coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to train beginners as well as experienced participants.
• Good communication and motivational skills.
• Passion for boxing, fitness and coaching.

💰 Salary
₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives
Top performers can earn up to ₹1,00,000/month with incentives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct boxing training sessions for members across different fitness levels.
• Teach fundamental boxing techniques, footwork, combinations and defensive movements.
• Conduct pad work, conditioning and fitness-based boxing sessions.
• Ensure proper warm-up, cool-down and injury-prevention practices.
• Monitor member performance and provide technical feedback.
• Create engaging and challenging boxing workouts.
• Maintain a safe and disciplined training environment.
• Encourage member participation and retention.
