Fit Story Gym is looking for a responsible and energetic floor manager to oversee gym-floor activities, coordinate with trainers and members, maintain service standards, and ensure a smooth and welcoming fitness environment.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily activities on the gym floor and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with trainers and support staff to manage daily schedules.
- Assist members with queries and ensure a positive member experience.
- Monitor gym equipment, cleanliness, safety, and overall floor standards.
- Ensure trainers follow proper gym protocols and service standards.
- Address member concerns and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Support membership engagement and retention activities.
