Job Description

Kandukuri Cricket Academy (KCA) is looking for passionate and qualified BCCI / ICC Level 1 Certified Cricket Coaches to join its coaching team in Visakhapatnam.
The selected coaches will be responsible for delivering structured cricket training, developing players' technical and tactical abilities, and contributing to the overall development of aspiring cricketers.

Key Requirements
• BCCI / ICC Level 1 Coaching Certification.
• Strong understanding of cricket fundamentals, techniques and game strategies.
• Previous experience in cricket coaching is preferred.
• Ability to work with players across different age and skill levels.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for player development and cricket coaching.
• Ability to plan and conduct structured training sessions.
• Candidates with competitive playing experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct structured cricket coaching sessions.
• Develop players' batting, bowling, fielding and tactical skills.
• Assess individual player performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Design age- and skill-appropriate training programmes.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players.
• Assist in match preparation and provide tactical inputs.
• Monitor player progress and maintain appropriate performance records.
• Promote discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship and professional conduct.
• Ensure proper use and care of cricket equipment and training facilities.
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and the academy management.
