Job Description

MCF Defence Academy Pvt Ltd is looking for disciplined, responsible, and motivated Training Instructors to train students in physical fitness, drill, discipline, leadership, teamwork, and basic cadet activities in schools and academies.

The ideal candidates should possess strong leadership qualities, good communication skills, and the ability to guide and motivate students. Candidates with NCC B or C Certificate qualifications are required for this role.

Key Requirements:
- NCC B or C Certificate is required.
- Good knowledge of drill, physical training, and discipline-oriented activities.

- Physical fitness and the ability to conduct practical training activities.
- Prior experience as a Training Instructor, NCC Instructor, or Physical Training Instructor will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Conduct drill sessions and physical training activities for students.
- Train students in physical fitness, endurance, coordination, and overall physical development.
- Instil discipline, punctuality, leadership, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility among students.
- Introduce students to basic cadet activities and structured training routines.
- Plan and conduct training sessions appropriate to students' age groups and fitness levels.
- Encourage students to develop confidence, self-discipline, and leadership qualities.
- Monitor students' progress and provide guidance to improve their performance.
- Assist in organising drills, physical fitness assessments, parades, and other institutional activities.
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during training sessions.
- Coordinate with school or academy management to implement training programmes effectively.
