Job Description

Sportide Academy, Bhopal, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Gymnastics Coach to join its upcoming sports academy.

The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching techniques, developing participants' physical fitness and coordination, and fostering confidence, discipline, and respect through structured training.

Key Requirements
• Relevant sports degree, diploma, or recognised coaching certification.
• Appropriate qualification or rank.
• Prior coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and student-management skills.
• Ability to teach safely and effectively.
• Must be available to conduct coaching sessions during evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct taekwondo coaching sessions for beginners and developing practitioners.
• Teach fundamental stances, blocks, punches, kicks, and movement techniques.
• Train participants in patterns (poomsae), sparring fundamentals, and competition preparation, where appropriate.
• Develop exercises to improve flexibility, balance, agility, and strength.
• Monitor participant performance and provide individual feedback.
• Reinforce discipline, respect, concentration, and sportsmanship.
• Ensure safe training practices and appropriate supervision.
