Job Description

Sportide Academy, Bhopal, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Taekwondo Coach to join its upcoming sports academy.

The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching taekwondo techniques, developing participants' physical fitness and coordination, and fostering confidence, discipline, and respect through structured martial arts training.

Key Requirements
• Relevant sports degree, diploma, or recognised taekwondo coaching certification.
• Appropriate taekwondo qualification or rank.
• Prior coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and student-management skills.
• Ability to teach martial arts techniques safely and effectively.
• Must be available to conduct coaching sessions during evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct taekwondo coaching sessions for beginners and developing practitioners.
• Teach fundamental stances, blocks, punches, kicks, and movement techniques.
• Train participants in patterns (poomsae), sparring fundamentals, and competition preparation, where appropriate.
• Develop exercises to improve flexibility, balance, agility, and strength.
• Monitor participant performance and provide individual feedback.
• Reinforce discipline, respect, concentration, and sportsmanship.
• Ensure safe training practices and appropriate supervision.
