Job Overview: The Vision Sports is seeking an organised, proactive, and results-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a sports centre or academy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating coaching activities, managing staff and facilities, supporting enrolment and parent communication, and ensuring the smooth delivery of sports programmes.

Key Requirements
• Graduate degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Physical Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in sports academy management, centre operations, school administration, fitness facilities, or a similar role would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage teams effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and record management.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to handle parent and student enquiries.
• A proactive approach to operations, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on programme schedules.
