Job Description

MultiFit Salem is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead membership sales, business development and revenue growth.

📍 Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

Key Requirements:
• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail or service industries is an advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong understanding of lead conversion and sales processes.
• Highly target-oriented and commercially driven.

💰 Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives
