Job Description

CR7 Soccer School is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable strength & conditioning coach to support the physical development, fitness, strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance of football players.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sports conditioning and the ability to design age-appropriate training programs that enhance player performance, physical fitness, and injury prevention.

Responsibilities

- Develop fitness programs based on players' age, fitness levels, and performance needs.
- Improve players' strength, speed, agility, endurance, mobility, and flexibility.
- Monitor player fitness and track physical performance.
- Conduct warm-up, conditioning, recovery, and injury-prevention sessions.
- Coordinate with football coaches to align conditioning programs with training objectives.
- Educate players on proper exercise techniques, recovery, hydration, and fitness practices.
- Maintain player training and performance records.
