Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Table Tennis Coach to join a reputed school in Bikaner. The coach will be responsible for conducting regular training sessions, managing students, preparing players for various school-level and competitive tournaments, and supporting the school in sports-related activities.

Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Requirements:
~ Prior experience as a Table Tennis Coach, preferably in a school, academy or sports institution.
~ Strong knowledge of Table Tennis techniques, rules, drills and competitive preparation.
~ Experience in student handling and team management.
~ Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
~ Ability to maintain records and complete documentation and reporting.
~ Relevant coaching certification/qualification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

~ Conduct regular Table Tennis coaching sessions for students across different age groups and skill levels.
~ Plan and implement structured training programs to improve students' technical skills, fitness and game awareness.
~ Identify talented players and develop them for competitive performance.
~ Manage students effectively during training sessions, competitions and school events.
~ Maintain student records, attendance, performance reports and other required documentation.
~ Coordinate with school authorities, teachers and parents regarding students' progress and participation.
~ Manage and maintain sports equipment and ensure proper utilisation.
~ Assist with organising school sports events, tournaments and other activities.
~ Perform other sports-related duties assigned by the school authorities.
