Job Description
We are hiring an Operation and Customer Support Executive to manage daily operations of a sports portal and support sports companies in posting and managing their requirements. Ensure smooth platform usage and excellent client experience.
Responsibilities
•⁠ Manage day-to-day operations of the platform.
•⁠ Coordinate with clients.
•⁠ Handle client communication and provide timely support.
•⁠ Resolve client queries and maintain strong relationships.
•⁠ Monitor platform activity and improve operational efficiency.
•⁠ Work closely with internal teams for seamless execution.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in operations customer service Client management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Experience with online platforms or marketplaces is a plus Interest in sports industry is an added advantage
