Job Description

The Area Manager - Operations will ensure smooth delivery of TENVIC’s in-school and after-school sports programs across the assigned region.
The role involves program coordination, team management, client servicing, and supporting revenue growth.
The candidate is expected to take full ownership of the overall operations and business growth of the region.
We are specifically looking for someone who has a passion for sports or has been actively involved in sports.
Someone who understands the value of sports for children and naturally takes initiative without needing detailed explanations.

Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day execution of school and academy sports programs.
● Supervise and support coaches; ensure timely reporting, assessments, and documentation.
● Maintain strong relationships with school authorities and ensure quality program delivery.
● Monitor operational processes, attendance, and system updates (AMS/ERP).
● Plan and coordinate after-school programs, summer camps, and tournaments.
● Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
● Prepare program budgets and support cost/revenue tracking.
● Identify potential schools/academies and support program demos.
● Drive initiatives that contribute to the growth and expansion of the region.
● Visiting schools daily and traveling within the region as needed.
