Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Area Manager – Operations to lead and manage sports programs across schools and academies in the assigned region. This role is ideal for someone who believes in the power of sports to shape young lives and is eager to take ownership of both operations and growth.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of in-school and after-school sports programs while building strong relationships with schools, managing teams, and contributing to regional expansion.

●Someone proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently
●A natural leader who can manage teams and build long-term relationships

Qualifications & Skills:

●Graduate in any field (Sports Management/Management preferred)
●2 to 4 year's Experience in operations or client-facing roles is an advantage
●Good understanding of MS Office and basic budgeting/P&L concepts
●Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
●Prior sports background (player/coach/active participant) preferred

Responsibilities

●Oversee day-to-day execution of school and academy sports programs
●Manage and support coaches, ensuring quality delivery and timely reporting
●Build and maintain strong relationships with school authorities
●Monitor attendance, reporting systems, and operational processes
●Plan and execute after-school programs, camps, and tournaments
●Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly/annual targets
●Prepare budgets and track financial performance
●Identify new schools/partners and support program demonstrations
●Travel within the region and visit schools regularly
