About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sports Venue Manager to take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations of our sports venue at Raj Nagar Extension.

The Venue Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the venue runs smoothly, customers receive an excellent experience, coaches and staff perform effectively, facilities remain well maintained, and the venue achieves its operational and revenue targets.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys managing people, customers and operations while taking ownership of the overall venue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Venue Operations

* Take complete responsibility for the daily functioning of the sports venue.
* Ensure the venue opens and closes on time and all facilities are operational.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and overall presentation.
* Ensure courts, turfs, equipment, lighting and other facilities are maintained properly.
* Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams and service providers whenever required.
* Conduct regular venue inspections and identify operational issues proactively.

2. Customer Experience

* Ensure a smooth and professional experience for members, students, parents and walk-in customers.
* Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations effectively.
* Build strong relationships with regular customers and academy members.
* Ensure bookings, sessions and customer commitments are delivered as promised.
* Collect and act on customer feedback.

3. Team & Coach Management

* Manage venue executives, support staff, housekeeping/security and other venue personnel.
* Coordinate with coaches to ensure sessions start and finish on time.
* Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline and performance.
* Prepare staff rosters and manage manpower requirements.
* Conduct regular team briefings and ensure SOPs are followed.

4. Revenue & Business Operations

* Monitor daily bookings, walk-ins, memberships, academy enrollments and other revenue streams.
* Work towards achieving monthly venue revenue and business targets.
* Identify opportunities to increase court/turf utilization and customer retention.
* Support sales and marketing activities at the venue.
* Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
* Maintain accurate daily revenue and operational reports.

5. Academy Operations

* Coordinate with academy teams to ensure smooth execution of sports coaching programs.
* Ensure student attendance, batch schedules and coach allocation are properly managed.
* Coordinate with parents/students regarding schedule changes and operational requirements.
* Support enrollment, renewals and student retention initiatives.

6. Reporting & Administration

* Maintain daily venue opening/closing and operational checklists.
* Submit daily/weekly reports covering revenue, attendance, bookings, issues and incidents.
* Maintain inventory and ensure responsible use of venue assets.
* Escalate major operational, financial or safety issues to management promptly.

Compensation

Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and capability
Additional: Performance incentives may be offered based on venue and business targets.
