Job Description
Mentopools is hiring passionate, disciplined, and professionally groomed Swimming Coaches for a new project being implemented under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model with the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons to participants across different age groups and skill levels, conducting group and advanced swimming training sessions, and ensuring the safety and well-being of swimmers at the facility.
Candidates should have a strong passion for swimming instruction, knowledge of lifesaving techniques, and the ability to manage training sessions professionally. They will also actively contribute to the organisation and management of swimming competitions, sporting events, and other activities conducted at the premises.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about swimming coaching, aquatic safety, and sports facility operations.
Employment Terms: The position is contract-based, with a two-month probation period. Local candidates from Ahmedabad will be given preference. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
