Harvest Tennis Academy is inviting applications from experienced international tennis professionals for the prestigious position of Director of Tennis at one of India’s most ambitious and rapidly growing high-performance tennis academies.

We are specifically looking for a European coach with proven experience in elite junior development, ITF pathways, and high-performance coaching systems.

The Opportunity
The Director of Tennis will take complete leadership of the academy’s tennis operations and high-performance structure.
This role is ideally suited for a passionate tennis professional who understands modern player development systems and has experience guiding elite juniors or professional players through international competition pathways.
You will work in a leadership environment where your expertise, vision, and methodology will directly shape the future of emerging players.

Key Responsibilities
•High Performance Leadership
•Lead and manage the academy’s complete tennis program
•Design annual training plans and player development pathways
•Implement international standards for performance training
•Develop ITF Juniors, Futures players, and elite competitive athletes
•Coaching & Player Development
•Conduct high-level on-court coaching sessions
•Mentor players technically, tactically, physically, and mentally
•Oversee tournament preparation and match analysis
•Support international tournament scheduling and travel planning
•Team & Academy Management
•Lead and mentor the coaching team
•Coordinate with fitness trainers, physios, and support staff
•Maintain a positive and professional academy culture
•Help expand the academy’s international reputation
•Academic & Athlete Balance
•Work closely with the academy’s international school structure
•Ensure athletes maintain strong academic standards alongside elite sport

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced tennis professional who brings:
●Experience within European or international high-performance systems
●Strong background in junior player development
●Exposure to ITF Juniors, Futures, or professional circuits
●Leadership and academy management experience
●Ability to inspire young athletes and coaching teams
●International coaching certifications preferred
●Professional communication and organizational skills
●Long-term commitment to athlete development

Compensation & Benefits
Harvest Tennis Academy offers an attractive international package designed to support a comfortable and rewarding overseas experience.

Package Includes:
○USD $5,000 per month salary
○Fully furnished accommodation provided
○Meals fully provided
○1-year professional contract (3 months Probation)

Work Structure
▪️ 42 hours per week
▪️ 6-day working schedule
▪️ 1 weekly day off
