Job Description

TENVIC is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of its High Performance Centre (HPC) in Pune. The role involves overseeing sports administration, athlete and coach coordination, high-performance programmes, support staff, and overall HPC operations.

Key Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager in a sports academy or High Performance Centre (HPC).
• MBA / PGDM / Master’s Degree in Sports Management, Sports Sciences, or a related discipline.
• National or State-level representation in Athletics will be preferred.
• Strong experience in sports administration and athlete management.
• Experience in high-performance programme planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of HPC operations and sports training environments.
• Experience coordinating athletes, coaches, sports support staff and training programmes.
• Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills.
