About the Role:
Big Cricket League (BCL) is looking for passionate and well-connected cricket enthusiasts to join its growing team as Regional Community Managers across 30+ cities in India.
The role is ideal for individuals who have strong connections within the local cricket ecosystem and are passionate about building and engaging cricket communities. As a Regional Community Manager, you will play an important role in expanding BCL's presence in your region and helping build India's biggest cricket community.

Key Requirements
• Strong connection with the local cricket community in your region.
• Passionate about cricket and community building.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
• Knowledge of and ability to communicate in the regional/local language.
• Well-connected with local cricket players, coaches, academies, clubs or sporting communities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to represent and promote a sports brand within the local community.
• Prior experience in sports, cricket, community management, grassroots sports, sales or networking will be an advantage.
