Job Description

This is an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in sports management, event operations, marketing, digital media, content creation and community engagement while contributing to a grassroots sports initiative.

The MCD Delhi Mini League 2026 is a grassroots football initiative aimed at promoting football among boys and girls in the Under-9 and Under-11 age groups across Delhi.

Conducted in association with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and the Sports Infrastructure & Talent Development Society (SITDS), the league brings together football clubs, teams, residential communities, parents, coaches, officials, sponsors and other stakeholders.

Eligibility: Students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Project Dates: MCD Delhi Mini League 2026, with league activities scheduled for 24–31 October 2026.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sports development, community engagement or event management.
• Ability to interact professionally with parents, children and community representatives.
• Willingness to participate in field activities and outreach events.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.

• Engage with parents, children, schools, RWAs and local communities.
• Support grassroots football awareness and participation activities.
• Assist in community engagement and outreach events.
• Collect feedback and inputs from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with RWA onboarding, marketing and operations teams.
• Help strengthen communication and participation among local communities.
