Job Description

Conducted in association with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and the Sports Infrastructure & Talent Development Society (SITDS), the league brings together football clubs, teams, residential communities, parents, coaches, officials, sponsors and other stakeholders.

This is an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in sports management, event operations, marketing, digital media, content creation and community engagement while contributing to a grassroots sports initiative.

Project Dates: MCD Delhi Mini League 2026, with league activities scheduled for 24–31 October 2026.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage information systematically.
• Good communication skills for coordinating registration-related follow-ups.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Interest in sports management, administration or event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain databases of football clubs, teams and participants.
• Update registration records and participant information.
• Track documents received and identify pending documentation.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and tracking sheets.
• Maintain accurate and organised records using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support the project team with registration-related information and reporting.
• Ensure registration and data records remain organised and up to date.
