Job Description

The MCD Delhi Mini League 2026 is a grassroots football initiative aimed at promoting football among boys and girls in the Under-9 and Under-11 age groups across Delhi.

Conducted in association with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and the Sports Infrastructure & Talent Development Society (SITDS), the league brings together football clubs, teams, residential communities, parents, coaches, officials, sponsors and other stakeholders.

This is an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in sports management, event operations, marketing, digital media, content creation and community engagement while contributing to a grassroots sports initiative.

Eligibility: Students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Interest in sports management, event operations or event coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in field activities and on-ground event execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support venue preparation and match-day arrangements.
• Coordinate with participating teams, officials, volunteers and other stakeholders.
• Assist with registration, check-in and participant movement.
• Support arrangements for kits, equipment, branding and other on-ground requirements.
• Help ensure smooth coordination during league activities.
• Prepare and maintain event reports and operational records.
• Assist the operations team with tasks required for successful league execution.
